I entered the world of massage because I love to help others.Having worked for several Non-Profits in the Portland area, I realized that I wanted to be more hands on in helping others.In our busy, fast-paced, and demanding everyday lives, everyone needs time to allow their body to regain balance in order to function at their best.The body has the ability to heal itself.
With the power of touch that is facilitated through massage, I am able to help guide that healing ability.Massage has been one of the greatest gifts in balancing my life and I want to extend onto you the relaxing and healing capabilities that massage can offer.
As a graduate from EastWestCollege of the Healing Arts, licensed by the Oregon Board of Massage Therapists, and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, giving you a relaxing or therapeutic massage to help create balance in your life is my goal.
Using a variety of modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial techniques, each session is geared to your body’s specific needs.
